CHOCOLATE FILLING & SEALING MACHINE
• Chocolate, Honey, Jam, Viscous Products Filling and Sealing Machine material used is Grade 304 stainless steel. (Including the chassis and chains)
• Capacity of Chocolate / Honey / Jam Filling Machine: 2800 units/hour for 100 gr, 2200 units/hour for 200 gr.
• Chocolate Filling and Sealing Machine is controlled via Panasonic PLC allowing for easy machine interruption from the color screen.
• Because the machine has an inverter (allowing for speed control), it allows the operator to operate the machine at any speed he likes.
• Volumetric filling system (volumetric absorption and pressing) is used for filling these products that have high viscosity. Filling system is prepared based on the product weight desired and mounted near the machine.
• Safety precautions are same as in the double head yoghurt drink filling machine.
