• With this machine, it is possible to control the four routes separately and to interrupt the desired station of any route any time. Filling sensors, lid placement sensors, vacuum generators and valves are separate for every route and are not used in common.
• Electrical signals are monitored on the color screen in order to simplify the process for detection of possible malfunctioning.
• The color screen also allows for pneumatic trial controls enabling the operator to see whether or not the stations work correctly in pneumatic terms.
• The machine has an inverter enabling the operator to operate the machine at any speed he likes.
• Filling method used is free filling (i.e. flow is achieved by the weight of the product itself.)
