• In this machine, 2 different filling system is used. Free filling for liquid product, weight adjustable volumetric filling system for high viscosity and high density product are used.
• According to filling product,filling system is selected on screen.
• Capacity is, liquid product with 75 mm diameter bowl: 2.900 units/hour, high viscosity product: 2.000 units/hour.
• Material used is Grade 304 stainless steel. (Including the chassis and chains)
• Capacity for 200 g is 2.900 units/hour, for 300 g 2.400 units/hour.
• Air Pressure: 6-8 bar (kg/cm²)
• According to cover sensor, machine will stop if there is no cover. Waste is prevented with this sensor.
• According to customers demand and models, Panasonic PLC and color screen are used
• Main faults can be seen on screen.
• Counter records  produced quantity to screen.
• Machine can work reverse direction, if the problem occurs.
• Safety sensors prevents the sealing pistons and product extraction pistons jamming risk.
